A few work examples

Unfortunately I am not able post any examples of my work from Coraline yet.
You may have seen images of puppets Mckinnon and Saunders built for Corpse
Bride. Our puppets have been constructed in a similar fashion.

I made this armature from scratch about 3 years ago. My main goal was to test
out some techniques recommended to me by a friend who learned armature
building in Prague. While it functions wonderfully, it is basically a show piece.





This is a piece i made for an art show. I made everything except the watch itself
out of brass and steel. It was recently animated for a music video directed by Chris Tootell.

Here are a couple of head mechanics. From full lip synch to very simple.




This is a tool that I recently made for drilling balls. Using this jig I can
drill about 3 balls per minute in any of 4 different sizes.
